Queen's Diamond Jubilee Celebrations – Central Weekend
The Queen's Diamond Jubilee will be celebrated over the long central weekend from Saturday 2 June to Tuesday 5 June 2012, with celebratory activities throughout London, the UK and across the Commonwealth.

The Diamond Jubilee Celebrations will include a Gala at the splendid Royal Albert Hall on 2 June, two days long Family Festival at Hyde Park on 2-3 June, a Big Lunch across UK on June 3, Thames Diamond Jubilee River Pageant and Festival at Battersea Park on 3 June, more than two thousand Beacons will be lit all over the UK, Channel Islands, the Isle of Man and the Commonwealth on 4 June, the Diamond Jubilee Concert at Buckingham Palace on 4 June and a Service of Thanksgiving at St Paul's Cathedral on 5 June with lots of revelry across UK will bring to an end, four days of long weekend celebrations of The Queen's Diamond Jubilee.

Kids and adults will get pleasure from parades, dancing, live performances, equestrian events and motorbike stunts in Jubilee Family Festival at Hyde Park. Roaming entertainers, star performers, food & drink stalls and Disney concerts will start the weekend in majestic style.

The Diamond Jubilee Concert

The Queen's Diamond Jubilee Celebrations weekend will bring to a close with a full day of revelry in central London. Starting with the National Service of Thanksgiving at St Paul’s Cathedral, receptions at Mansion House and Guildhall, a lunch at Westminster Hall by the Livery, a 1902 State Landau Carriage Procession to Buckingham Palace which will be escorted by the Sovereign’s Escort, a 60 gun salute all along the procession, a Guard of Honour in the Forecourt of Buckingham Palace. Finally a Balcony appearance by The Queen, The Duke of Edinburgh, and Members of The Royal Family and an RAF Flypast and and a Feu de Joie – a dedicatory cascade of rifle fire by The Queen’s Guard will end long weekend celebrations of The Queen's Diamond Jubilee.
