"Location is excellent. The staff is very cooperative. Evening supervisor daily visited us asking about any further needs. The wifi is free and fast. I liked the breakfast at Garfunkel's which was complimentary. You can easily access the underground from the hotel and other places. Just take the heathrow express or connect from the airport and you will reach the hotel easily."

"Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was small but cosy. Spacious lounge at the basement area. This was useful as I arrived on an early morning flight and check in time was 2pm. I had a place where I could comfortably wait while waiting for my room to be ready. I did not have to wait until 2pm as the Reception staff allowed me to check in once a room was available. There were plenty of eateries around the hotel which was convenient. Paddington Station was just a stone throw away!"
