Great location for Paddington Station

Really good email responses when I kept asking questions. They gave me a positive view of the staff even before I arrived. Check in was quick and painless. We were given a voucher for a free drink from the bar which we used that evening. Small bar area but quite adequate. Room was clean but bigger than I thought it might be (small double). Toiletries and towels provided. Location for Paddington station from where we were traveling the next day was excellent. Staff gave recommendation for somewhere to eat that evening that was just what we wanted

IT was the best choosing mercure hotel.when we came the staff was very friendly and help full. Room was clean every Day and was really big and nice. I wanna say a big Thanks for Mr Wojtek and the Bulgárian receptiinist. They was absolutely amazing and help full. Was really nice time spended there with my family. Deffi etely coming back soon ❤️🥰🥰🥰🥰

I could tell about the great location and the (small) but comfy rooms. But what makes the hotel great are the friendly people. Especially the receptionist in the morning and during early check in (a guy from Bulgaria). Was so friendly, helpful and welcoming. I will definitely come back

Most convenient location. Right beside Paddington station which has Boots, M&S, and Sainsbury's for any emergency needs
