Convenient, spotless and friendly
Excellent location, helpful and friendly staff. Comfortable rooms
Excellent stay with great location and fantastic reception staff (Ayesha and Abdul)!
Location was fantastic as it is right next to Paddington station so I could just roll my luggage out of the train and to the hotel directly. Going to the airport by Heathrow Express only takes 15mins. In addition, the staff Ayesha and Abdul provided very good service in answering my questions and helped with my room upgrade. Very thankful to them!

Convenient and Comfortable
Overall, a very good stay. The room was a little on the smaller side, but it was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The staff were friendly and the location was really convenient. We were able to get around easily and there were lots of restaurants nearby. Would happily stay again. Loved everything !!
