Practical location and extraordinary breakfast
The breakfast was delicious. The room was comfortable and ok, and conveniently located to Paddington station. Reception and door staff were delightful.

The property was perfectly located for BST event in Hyde Park. The staff were friendly and efficient and were able to check us in early. Room was clean and comfortable with the added bonus of complimentary drinks in a cooler.
Great hotel
Great hotel. Next door to Paddington station. Couldn't be handier. Good room and free refreshments in the room which was a nice surprise. Clean room, good air conditioning and friendly staff. I would stay here again. I stayed as a solo female traveller and felt safe

Lovely staff, clean rooms though a bit small. Air conditioning worked great (who knew London would be 85!). Very well located for the underground and the Heathrow Express.
Great location, nice staff
The location was perfect for our needs. A short few steps to Paddington Station and the Heathrow express. So many great restaurants and pubs in the area. They allowed us to check out a couple hours late with no issues.

Good service and location so close to Paddington station.
My travelling companion was sick so putting a sign on the door to enable her to sleep was perfect.

We had a good stay. Room was clean, large bathroom, many wonderful amenities and small presents. And the staff is really the hotel’s best selling point. They are great!
