Room was lovely and the extras a fab surprise, much appreciated. However, I slept very badly; there was no blind on one of the windows, to keep out the light and, I know it's London, Excellent location and staff v helpful.

Wonderful location for Paddington station, Heathrow, and trip into London town for cinema and theatre. Excellent staff, and luggage storage on early check in.
Convenient for the train journey
Small bottles of wine and other drinks in the room were curtesy from the hotel. Paddington station is 2/3 minutes from the hotel.
Clean, comfortable, excellent location, close to metro and buses
The location, the bed and towels were changed quite often, the speed of the Internet and the presence of a kettle with tea accessories in the room

One of the best hotels in London, we booked five rooms, each room was nice, perfect with a good size, the professional Lady in the reception Veronica did everything to make us feel comfortable, and all employees in the reception were so helpful and friendly, even the security in the hotel is highly, and the security person is taking good care of the guests and the facilities the location of the hotel is great, for 8 days we had an amazing family vacation thanks to The Mercure Paddington hotel
Much better choice than the Hilton next door..
Location is amazing (multiple tube lines, the Elizabeth line and the mainline station). Wi-Fi is excellent, consistent. Bed and room clean, comfortable. Water pressure and heat good. Staff are professional and friendly.
Great location
Excellent option for those looking for closeness to airport train station- heathrow express is within walking distance. Great service, complimentary mini bar with water, soda, coffee and tea.

The location of the hotel is very good, very close to Paddington Station. The facilities are new and clean, and the staff will respond to their request.
An enjoyable, comfortable stay in a very accessible hotel
The hotel is close to Paddington station for trains to the west of England and to Wales. The station also has metro lines including one to Heathrow Airport. Close to the hotel there are a number of bus stops. It is easy to reach Central London either by metro or bus
