Continues a good hotel. Last year I thought there was a drop in care, but this year they recovered the ground. Careful service at the reception, with emphasis on the staff Claudio and Abdul, good conservation and cleanliness, plus reasonable price. Unfortunately the annex restaurant was closed, but I continue to recommend, also has the excellent location, glued in the train and subway stations of Paddington.

This is an excellent hotel for anyone wanting a base for exploring London for a few days. It occupies an impressive old brick building on Praed St, right next to the main entrance to Paddington Station, so you're well-placed to get the Heathrow Express train. Staff are extremely helpful, and are available to help with any matters which may arise. The front of house team are unfailingly polite, and the cleaners really give the rooms 100%. If there's a gap between your check out and your departure from London, reception staff will be happy to look after your luggage until you're ready to catch your train or flight. In summation, a perfect hotel for the tourist.

We love how convenient everything was i.e. hotel was just outside of Paddington station, the underground was a few steps away, many eateries and shops nearby, and the staffs were wonderful!
