Excellent hotel. Great location and proximity to Paddington station, shopping and restaurants. The staff were so polite and helpful- truly wonderful stay.

very convenient location next to Paddington Station hence easy access to transportation options and even walking distance to plenty of areas of interest. Check in was a breeze and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was good and spacious for Central London. We did not opt for the breakfast so can't comment on it. Overall, a pleasant stay and would recommend for others to try.

Centrally located hotel right next to Paddington train station, very friendly staff, rooms although sometimes very small but sufficient and very well equipped, good breakfast

Jasmine, Claudiu, Michelle were very courteous, professional and helpful. It was a comfortable stay and the location is perfect in terms of location, connectivity to and from London Heathrow airport and access to shopping options like Oxford street and Regent street. Would highly recommend stay here if you are visiting for business or a holiday.

The bed is comfortable, the room is clean, the size is reasonable, and the location is great. It's very good. I will choose to stay here next time I go to London.

The place is very good .. i enjoyed stay Here and when i came back to london again i will stay in the same hotel ( Abdul and there is other Moroccan Guy in the lobby was so so helpful )

Location was good, room given to me was nice. Staff is helpful.. Jasmine, abdul and other staff were very attentive. Complimentary water coke Biscuirs were great..
