nice hotel with good location for train and metro
didn't encounter any problems. The room was always neatly cleaned and the people at reception were very friendly and helpful.
Unbeatable location and amazing front desk staff
The room was small but ok for the purposes, if there were two people it would be too small I think unless you are very close. Location was perfect and is the main reason apart from the staff that I choose this hotel. Staff are amazing, all the front desk staff could not be more helpful.

very convenient location next to Paddington Station hence easy access to transportation options and even walking distance to plenty of areas of interest. Check in was a breeze and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was good and spacious for Central London. We did not opt for the breakfast so can't comment on it. Overall, a pleasant stay and would recommend for others to try.
