Staff were fabulous not one member of staff was rude or unhelpful. Everyone very happy and polite. The hotel itself is clean and very comfortable and modern.

Back to this superbly located hotel in Paddington for the 3rd time. Just a short few steps off the Heathrow Express out of Paddington Station and you’re there. Great size rooms with comfy beds. A special mention for Meet & Abdul who gave me the warmest welcome on arrival. Thank you gents!

The hotel is ideally located just two minutes from the train station, metro, and bus stops. The staff—from reception and the doorman to the housekeeping team—were competent, friendly, professional, and always available; everything was perfect.

Wonderful day
I had a wonderful day at this hotel after a terrible stay at a hotel across the street. What a contrast! The staff were accommodating, very polite, friendly, and efficient, both day and night. The room was comfortable with a lovely view of the lively street, and there were thoughtful touches in the minibar. They even stored my luggage, which is a real luxury in London. Everyone was kind and courteous. Thank you all. I will definitely be back.
