Conveniently located, comfortable room, good breakfast but most of all the friendliest staff I’ve ever seen, trying to solve any problems and doing anything to help.

I had a great stay at the Mercure Paddington, including help extending my stay when my flight was canceled. The flexibility and helpfulness of the staff made that much easier than it would have been. The rooms are nice and clean though they are also compact in some cases, they do maximize the space available.

It was Great to be back .. till we meet again

Breakfast is in neighboring restaurant. Hotel stuff may give you the Vaucher for breakfast in the restaurant in the neighboring street, where the choice is a bit more.

The hotel was very well located. The subway Station was just around the corner. Has various souvenir shops and fast food restaurants nearby.

Very good location 2 mins away from Paddington station and many convenience stores and eating places just down the hotel. all was good

The most convenient location, right next to the Paddington train station. Direct access to/from Heathrow. Great neighborhood, plenty of food options. Nice, quiet room facing the main road, no noise! Very helpful staff, quick to respond to any issues.
