Well located, decent quality room.
Very satisfied with stay, and means this hotel is one of my options now when staying in the area. Aircon worked thank goodness in the heatwave, and the free drinks in the fridge were an added bonus. Friendly staff and a good location.

The hotel is ideally located right next to Paddington station, walking distance of Hyde park and easy connection to other areas of central London. My room was clean and had everything I needed, I was on the top floor so it was really quiet too.

I was attending an all-day event at Regents' University so the hotel was ideally located. Staff at check in and the various times I popped in and out of the hotel were friendly.

The hotel is well located next to Paddington station which makes travel to and from the airport convenient whether it is the underground or express train. Subjected to space availability - being able to store luggage after checkout and before travelling to the airport, especially if you have a tight schedule is another convenience. Staff were very helpful is that is definitely another plus point
