He was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. The rooms were immaculate, reflecting the hotel’s high standards. Claudiu’s and team amazing service truly made my visit memorable!!
A wonderful stay at Mercure Paddington
I had a wonderful stay at Mercure Paddington, and I can't speak highly enough of Claudiu, the concierge. From the moment we arrived, he made me feel so welcome. He was incredibly professional, offering helpful recommendations and ensuring that every detail of our stay was perfect. His warmth and hospitality really stood out and made the experience special. The hotel itself was lovely, with comfortable rooms and a great location.

Staff were friendly and professional. Especially Balazs who assisted on the phone prior to my arrival and Abdul, Elena and Claudiu who made my stay both easy and enjoyable. Plenty of amenities and good sized rooms.

Stayed one night for business.
Stayed one night for business. Its location next to Paddington station is so convenient. The staff, including security, were really friendly and helpful. I was able to store my baggage there before and after my stay, which was very useful. I also appreciated the touches in the room itself, especially complementary small drinks, including Prosecco! The room was small but had a great view of Praed Street, once I’d worked out how to operate the stiff blinds.
The hospitality from the hotel staff
I recently stayed at Mercure Paddington and was incredibly impressed with the hospitality from the hotel staff, but especially from Simon and Frank. They went above and beyond to make my stay feel like home, from the cozy room amenities and providing extra pillows to mailing a postcard on my behalf. Their kindness and attention to detail made my visit memorable, and I am grateful for their exceptional care. Highly recommend!
