Fantastic location close to Paddington station, all so close to shops and bars.We had a free upgrade to executive suite as it was our 45th wedding anniversary treat. We had everything we needed in the room.The staff was polite and very professional. Would recommend.
Very accommodating
The reception team were first class. They accommodated us brilliantly. Big shout out for Nipsia and Zach who managed to sort out our booking and had 3 rooms close to each other which suited our needs. Ahmed on the door was also great and he made sure our luggage was safe and secure. Hope your managers know what a great team they have at this branch in Paddington.
Great location, great stay and friendly staff
I needed to book accommodation for 3 nights at the last minute and the Mercure London Paddington had a room available. Located right next to Paddington Station, the Mercure is ideally situated for those wanting quick access to the Tube, Heathrow Express or country train services plus Hyde Park and Paddington. My room had everything I needed during my stay and breakfast was included. The staff were fabulous, friendly and helpful and I will certainly stay there again. I would highly recommend this Mercure if you are looking to stay in London.

Great hotel!
I was staying for 1 night at the Mercure Paddington Hotel, and everything was just great - the bed is very comfortable, the shower was great, the location is the best... very central and easy to commute. The breakfast was also very nice! I will definitely return to this hotel.

This is the best hotel
Claudiu Abdul Hajar: Honestly, this is the best hotel I've ever dealt with in London. It's excellent, and I highly recommend it. Even the rooms are beautiful, and everything is close by. I recommend it to you as a brother.
