Very good staff in this hotel
I have never had a better customer service ever in my life. Jasneet on the front desk is a gem of a person whose always ready to help. He’s a great talker and is very cool to talk to. I attended me very well and i must commend on this. The location of the hotel is good too
Marvellous treatment from Asher and Jasneet
Cheers to London Mercure Paddington for treating me like a family. I came here for a business trip and stayed there. On arrival Asher stored my luggage and told me to wait in lobby as rooms were not ready. He offered me coffee and snacks and made me really comfy as I was going through some tough time. Later Jasneet Singh helped me to get a room in no time. The room smelt nice and fresh. It was a pleasant stay.
The Staff Deserve 10 Stars!
The staff at the Mercure are a joy! We had a bit of trouble with our room, and Sabine not only found us another room, but Roxana moved our luggage personally while we were out. Roxana was a joy from the very first day. We chatted about places to visit while she poured my wine (they have a great little bar in the lobby), and she is always cheerful and personable. I couldn't ask for a more lovely person to say hi to at the end of our day. The night manager (I've forgotten his name as I write this, but the initials are A.P.) was instrumental in offering suggestions for walking tours. He suggested Little Venice, and my son was so enamored we went back twice! All in all, you could not ask for nicer staff at the Mercure Paddington!
Just Wow
I had a solo trip to London and I stayed at this hotel and I’m just Wow because the staff was so helpful. Jasneet in reception treated me so well that I couldn’t stop thinking about it even after I checked out. Such a young handsome lad showcasing the best of customer service.

Jasneet at the hotel reception was really helpful when I checked in. He made the process very smooth and I felt really welcome. He was also happy to deal with any queries I had during my stay at the hotel.

Nice, clean hotel in a convenient location. The check in was very efficient thanks to Asher and Jasneet who made us feel welcome and at home. Very friendly and professional. The room is clean and well kept, especially considering other hotel experiences nearby. Choose this one rather than others close by! You won’t regret it. Highly recommended.
Asher helped me with early checkin
We arrived here for a friendly stay with friends. Asher at the reception is really kind since he give us early checkin without any charges and helped us with free drinks. He is loveable and charming guy to speak

Excellent hotel and excellent staff. Jasneet in the reception was just amazing, he offered me a free early check in and even gave me free drinks. He was very professional and i loved the experience provided by him.

Jasneet was very kind and helpful, pleasant staff, smooth check in and they allowed me to check in early. Nice modern hotel in a great location close to the station. I will definitely be rebooking stays in London with Mecure.

I came here with my friends. Asher Ali Nasir is really kind receptionist who helped me with my bags, he didn’t make me wait and give me early checkin. He is a nice person as he elaborates every detail about hotel and was always there to help. Best place!
