I really liked the location. The staff is very friendly. The room was clean and very welcoming. The security guy Claudiu was very helpful giving us all the necessary information on how to get to different locations and helping us with our luggage. I must also mention Zak who was very helpful. Thank you for the accommodation. We will definitely be back

Relaxing and convenient!
It was very close to Paddington station and all staff were friendly and welcoming. I was fortunate to get a free upgrade. My room was nice and a resent size. I sleep well through noise, but some may or like it as it’s SO close to Paddington. You can hear trains from your room. I got the breakfast which was at Frankie and Bennie just next door. You have choice of cooked breakfast, cereal and fruit. Worth the money and really central. I would Defoe d stay here again.

The Hotel, is just right next Paddington Station and underground, has a lot of places for eat and drink. Reception staff it is very nice and friendly and open to help and give recommendations, I would stay again.
