Absolutely great service with Jasneet. The location is really great, just next to Paddington rail station. Close to many restaurants and really convenient. This is the hotel I would like to visit again for my next trip.
Prima hotel
Very nice staff at reception, we were not too happy about the room but they changed it without having to pay extra. The hotel is next to Paddington Station, couldn’t be better. Felt very safe around the hotel, lot of choices to eat and drink, would recommend this hotel

Landed after a long overnight transatlantic flight after no sleep. Got to the hotel 3 hours before my check-in time, just to drop my bags off. Jasneet at reception could see how tired I was, so was kind enough to check me in 3 hours early, free of charge! Absolutely life saver, and so conveniently placed for my onward journey. Will stay again. Thanks
Perfect Hotel to stay
This is a great hotel with a very very nice location. it is in central London and very easy to go to the Heathrow airport as they have an express train. Jasneet in reception was very kind and i enjoyed talking with him.
Very good staff in the hotel
I loved my stay from the start till the end, everything was well in order and was very good. Jasneet Singh in reception is a really fun guy and he made me feel very comfortable and it was amazing to see how he was the same with the guests next to me too. I liked him alot

Excellent service, very nice staff by Jasneet Singh and Roxana Balan. The Hotel is within walking distance from the station, saved me taxi cost and time. They are very reasonable prices and there are lot of places around to grab a bite.

Excellent location, right next to Paddington station and restaurants. Very convenient for getting anywhere on London and to Heathrow. Great service from Jasneet and Roxana! Very friendly and flexible. I will certainly come here again.
