Daily cleaning, the familiar good beds, quiet surroundings, next to Paddington St., many restaurants and pubs nearby. Safe in the room, air conditioning that was easy to operate, huge TV screen with many channels.

Perfect location, comfy beds and the staff are so friendly and welcoming, Claudiu is so professional & always opens the doors for you, as soon as you arrive outside the hotel. Abdul on reception gives outstanding service. Thank you team, I will definitely be returning

We got checked in and out by Abdul, Nipsia and Zakaria. They all were very kind and helpful. Great area to stay in, easy transportation and is walkable for Hyde Park, Harrods and Oxford street. The hotel could use a renovation, but that is something for management.

Excellent stay. Hotel was right in the heart of the city with easy access to the tube and bus tours. Staff were always helpful and very professional.

In a superb location, right next to the Paddington station which makes it super convenient to go anywhere in the city. Clean rooms and free drinks. Very helpful staff.

Fantastic location close to Paddington station, all so close to shops and bars.We had a free upgrade to executive suite as it was our 45th wedding anniversary treat. We had everything we needed in the room.The staff was polite and very professional. Would recommend.
