Good location and easy access to high street and travel around. Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and comfortable with the facilities. Worth the money.

Comfortable environment
Room was small but cosy and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and always said 'welcome back' when returning into the hotel. The facilities in the bedroom were very good. I felt comfortable and was enough room for 2 people, especially whilst out exploring the area for the majority of the time. Great stay!

Great hotel with exceptional staff!
Stayed here for 1 night ahead of a flight to go on holiday. Arrived by train to Paddington and the hotel is literally a 1 min walk. The welcome we had was amazing from the reception staff. Our room was very compact, however it was spotlessly clean, great shower and had everything we needed.
Perfect location
Perfect location for accessing Paddington station. Plenty of good food nearby. Zach at reception went the extra mile for me at checkin finding me a room with better desk space. All the staff are lovely here and that's what sets this place apart.

Very conveniently located hotel with extremely friendly staff. Claudio the doorman was especially helpful, getting our very heavy bags up and down the stairs, and Hajar and Zak were great on the door. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing a place to stay in Paddington. The station is just round the corner, and there are plenty of great restaurants and bars nearby.
