Location is perfect. The staff are incredibly efficient, professional and friendly. Jasmine, Claudiu and Abdul are excellent. Customer service is top notch.

Connect to Paddington station which is easier when you come from Heathrow airport and will traveling to the center of London.

Jasmine was a wonderful help at the front desk made sure we had everything we needed. Claudio helped us with our luggage when we arrived and left, he was such a great help so strong carrying our luggage in and out! Will stay here again ❣️❣️

The staff, from the doorman, the housekeeper to the receptionist could not have been more helpful and kind. Great location, next to Paddington station and tube lines, so easy to travel around London. Surrounded by restaurants, cafes and small supermarkets. Room was immaculate - advertised as a small double but I was surprised how large it was. Would definitely stay again if I was travelling to London.

Staying in Paddington on business and usually stay at the Hilton but decided to stay at the mecure instead. Found friendly staff, a lovely clean room and quiet in the evenings so slept well both nights.
