Excellent Staff and Hotel
The staff in the hotel is commendable, extremely friendly and welcoming which would make anyone smile and cheer up. Jasneet Singh has been attending me for a couple of times now and i must say he’s excellent at it and he’s an amazing human being and i will keep coming to this hotel.
Asher Ali Nasir made my day!
I couldn't find a room for hotel, I came to London to meet my daughter. In London Mercure paddington this guy named Asher Ali Nasir is a day saver. He helped me got a good room with early checkin and comp breakfast. I loved his service and hotel benefits. Will recommend to others for sure!

Good Service and nice staff. Asher at the reception is humble. He provided me with late Check-out without any charges and a complimentary drink on arrival. He definitely needs an appreciation. Best of luck Asher for life!
Good Stay
Great stay in the hotel. The rooms were nice but different from the pictures on the website which is a bad thing to portrait. The staff in reception was lovely especially Jasneet Singh who was very nice in nature.

The hotel was nice and my stay was average but while checking out Jasneet Singh in reception was so kind and he had a big smile on his face which was very appealing and it gave me such positive vibes that my day started great, Bless him
nice hotel, great location, brilliant staff
The hotel is in a good location very close to Paddington station with loads of places to eat and shop within walking distance. Had a good size room, plenty of amenities in the bathroom, big tv, nice minibar with complimentary water and soft drinks, large bed, soft robes and slippers. Staff were amazing, especially Kieran who couldnt do enough and gave us free wine cus our room wasnt ready when we arrived. We used the Frankie & Bennies restaurant attached to the hotel but got more for our money by using their menu rather than paying £14pp for hotel breakfast. The toilet was very low down, got woken up early by the rumble of trains underground. All in all id recommend this hotel and would stay here again.
Good staff in hotel
Stayed for just a night and my stay was delightful, I enjoyed every bit of it. The area is great and very convenient as it’s close to everything. Jasneet in the reception was very kind and helped me with first aid as I needed a Band aid.

Great hotel, spacious and comfy. 5min walk from Paddington train station. Breakfast was fab at Frankie and Bennys next door too. Pillows comfy and the room was very clean. I would stay here again:)
Very friendly staff
In general the staff is very friendly. I want to highlight Asher's service, he is very attentive and empathetic with the guests. The location of this hotel is really good, close to everything and you have a thousand options of restaurants.
Jasneet in reception was marvellous
I spent three nights in this hotel in a double bed room and it was nice stay. Jasneet in reception was helpful and very good to talk to, My son and I wanted to click a picture and he help us take pictures as well.
