Wonderful stay
Made me feel very welcome and valued as a very welcome Mercure guest. Staff very well trained and very competent,friendly and they did the job really well. Very impressed with the cleanliness and comfort of the room .There is a lovely lady Oltita,i want to thank her because she was really helpful!!!
Nice holiday in London
I really spent a pleasant holiday in London. I arrived at the hotel shortly before check in and Otilia helped me to stay very nice and friendly. Everything is pleasant, the room very clean and spacious. I highly recommend this hotel

Witek was wonderful, he was very knowledgeable and helpful! Had a great experience! Will come again! The breakfast in Garfunkel's next door was amazing. Rooms were very lovely and staff verying welcoming.
Second Visit to Paddington
This was our second visit to this hotel. Really accessible to some great shops in London and of course the Paddington train station. last time back in Jan 2019 our experience wasn't that great and we had some issues with our small room. But this time we we very well looked after by the friendly staff and were given a spacious room on second floor. At check out wen had an amazing chat with the new Manager who joined quite recently. We were offered 20% discount on our next stay if book direct with the hotel, We will definitely use this gesture and will come again.
Fantastic meeting arrangements and fantastic staff
The ideal location next to Paddington station is a great plus but we were simply amazed at the kind of reception and help we got for our business meeting and overnight stay. The staff, in particular, Mr Witek, went out of their way to help us. The environment and arrangements were excellent and we felt great at being looked after so well. Thank you so much.
Quality Hotel, handy for Paddington Station.
Stopped at this hotel on 25/01/20 for one night. Instead of staying at an Hotel at Heathrow Airport, I boarded the Heathrow Express, for a 15 min journey into Paddington Station. The hotel is 2 mins walk from the station. Exit the station by the large roadway exit, walk to the top of the road. Turn left, cross the road staying on the left hand side, and its there. If you reach McDonalds, you have gone too far.
The Hotel is a compact design, very clean and the check in staff where very helpful. Bogdan and Gabriel could not do enough for us to ensure our stay was as comfortable as possible.
The room was very clean, well presented and offered all the amenities you would need.
I found stopping here gave me a larger option of dining facilities as opposed to being stuck at the airport.
Bonus feature was, as we where not flying out to much later in the evening, the hotel very kindly lets you leave your excess luggage, free of charge, for 24 hours. This is cheaper than the £30 being charged by the kiosk on Paddington station.
Very nice hotel
Nice, clean and quiet room. The breakfast was good, lots to chose from. Great staff, Karla at reception was very friendly and helpful in sorting out everything we needed. Enjoyed and recommend this hotel.

The cleaning and maintenance staff were also lovely and did a very good job.

Christmas Party Overnight Stay
I chose to stay at this hotel as I was in London for a Christmas party which ended after the last train to the west country departed. The main reason for choosing this hotel was its location, being ideal for Paddington station, and I guess for the Heathrow Express too.
I only selected a standard room which was quite small but adequate for my single night stay. It was warm and reasonably quiet despite overlooking the main road and being so close to extensive construction works.
The staff seemed friendly enough and my check-in and out went very smoothly.
Breakfast is served in an adjoining restaurant which is open to the public and served a fairly good breakfast.
On the whole it was a good experience.
Great place
We stayed here for one night while in London. Very close to Paddington Station (noise was not a problem). Easy for the tube and mainline trains.
Staff were brilliant, helpful and friendly.
Had breakfast in the attached Garfunkel’s restaurant that was good as reasonably priced.
Would definitely stay again when coming to town by train.
