Most convenient location. Right beside Paddington station which has Boots, M&S, and Sainsbury's for any emergency needs

Very bad weather in London that day, arrived earlier than expected and really needed a room. Of course Mr Witek and the Gentleman at the reception desk helped me get an accomodation. They know what and when to do! Definitely I would recommend this place to anyone coming to this area.

A good hotel in excellent location, very close to the Heathrow express, tube station, restaurants, pubs and anything you might need. .
The staff is friendly and helpful with no BS.
The Concierge, Mr. Witek is especially knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful.
Very good money's worth.

Mr. Witek was just a true superstar today. With such a bad weather conditions in the UK he took care of all customers coming in. My train was cancelled and I had to catch important flight from the airport. He went an extra mile and CONVINCED taxi driver to take me to the airport. I couldn’t thank him enough.

hotel very well located best value for money. very clean bedding is excellent .
no complaints for any cleanliness staff services
pleasant and welcoming staff a special mention to Mr. Witek and Lin. Thank you Guys.

Our stay at London Mercure Paddington was made exceptionally special by Mr Witek, not only was he very polite and accommodating, he made us feel at home.
Mr Witek never failed to smile or offer a helping hand.
