Excellent stay whilst staying in London for a business trip.
I had an excellent stay at Mercure Hotel in Paddington this week. Whilst visiting London on a business trip i found the hotel very accessible from the station. Mr Witek in reception was very attentive, kind and made it an easy stay during my visit, a real credit to the organisation.
LOVELY STAFF + GREAT LOCATION
Booked here for a month long stay as I extended my trip in London. Not only is the front off staff friendly and helpful, but Mr. Witek goes above and beyond with pleasant conversation daily as well as making sure my stay here was as comfortable as possible. Located right next to Paddington station the location of the hotel could not make getting around London easier.
Great Location
Can't complain about a thing, the room, breakfast and staff all up to standards. But there was one person who stand out and it was polish porter, age of my grandad, Witek. I haven't laughed like that in ages. I can see him doing this for many years as he was like fish in the water.

Very convenient location, close to Oxford Street with great shops. Little Venice also close by and worth to visit.

Mr Witek was helpful and kind
I stayed at the Mercure London Paddington during my TFL training. The hotel was very pleasant and clean. I felt safe there. In a hall I met a nice gentleman who told me a short history of Paddington and informed me about what to see in London. Then he offered me coffee with cake. As far as I remember, this gentleman's name was Witek. I have nice memories of staying in this place and I will definitely come back there. For now, thank you and I'll recommend this palce to my friends.

Mr Witek at the front door is the reason to stay here. My mother and her friend have talked about him for years when they visit London on their travels. I’m glad I finally had the chance to meet him - super kind, funny and helpful. Great service..
Amazing Stay at the Mercure
Comfortable stay had a great sleep before my flight to the Emirates the gentleman at reception Hadi done a great service and we had a good conversation he is a very intelligent and passionate person. Overall great place and location

Lovely hotel and kind staff who helped me get my phone back that I left in the back of a London taxi so relieved and will have the breakfast to make it a real good weekend having been to see Jersey Boys at the Trafalgar Theatre so all in all a pleasant day having travelled from Stratford upon Avon
Fabulous Experience
My stay here was fabulous to say the least. Check in was done efficiently and hotel had good vibes. Mohammed at reception was really helpful and recommended me a good restaurant to eat at after a long day.
I will definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family!
good and helpful staff
spent 3 days here for work staff very helpful food was good special mention for Mr. Witek when returning to hotel freezing and who sorted me out for hot drinks also i enjoyed his help and advise for travel.
Next time returning to London for work i would use this Hotel again.Pau
