I suddenly had to make a booking because of the train strikes and Jasneet in reception was so nice and helpful to me, he guided me with the routes of trains and he made a booking for me at a very good price. I even signed up to be an Accor member from his suggestion and he was the best. I will surely come back again to this hotel because of the kindness shown by this gentleman.

Mr Jasneet's service is exemplary and truly remarkable. My friend has forgotten to print a document as a requirement for her Schengen visa. We were in a hurry since her appointment is today. He was so kind, accommodating and helpful to print thus helping. We had a great time in the hotel and he saved my friend with his help and we will never forget the service provided by him.

Mr. JASNEET was very courteous and very patient in helping us. My friend with a dilemma in printing her document for her Schengen Visa. He was very accommodating and kind enough to help us considering that today is my friend's appointment to the embassy and we are in a hurry for her appointment.
